Diane is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and is the Corporate Legal Council. Diane has an extensive background in claims management as a former Casualty Claims Manager for a large corporate entity.

Ryan Peacock, Emergency Services Manager

Ryan is capable of managing any size loss from the Residential Water or Fire Loss to the large Commercial Fire or Water loss. He manages multiple large losses and up to 70 residential water and fire losses at a time. Ryan is a large loss specialist who has managed Class A multiple story water losses of 160,000 square feet dried and reconstructed in 10 days. He has extensive hands on experience in many complex strip mall fire and water losses with multiple tenants and insurance companies. He excels in contents packout, inventory [POI] and restoration. This department never closes!

Nick Gorman, Construction Services Manager
Ranked #4 Construction Services Manager in the United States by Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. in 2007. Received ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2007.
Nick is experienced in estimating residential flood and fire reconstruction from one room to a complete home burndown. He has successfully managed numerous multiple unit apartment complex fire reconstructions. He works with all insurance carriers negotiating the final scope of work, pricing, scheduling and reconstruction. Nick leads a staff of five Project Managers who work on all areas of residential reconstruction.

Evie Mastorakis, Director of Administration
Evie manages all facets of the administrative duties within Paul Davis Restoration. She has an extensive Insurance background including claims handling, subrogation, office administration and human resources. Your claim will be administered by people who are experienced in all facets of your claim. Evie insures that your project is submitted in a timely and complete manner to your insurance company.

These background checks ensure that all of the workers are legal workers, and that their background is appropriate and proper to be in and around your home or business. All of our employees are required to attend weekly Customer Service Training classes taught by owner Donn Peacock and modeled after the Paul Davis Restoration Customer Experience Program.
